Intake privacy boundary
Permission Pending collects only the minimum information required to evaluate one recurring workflow. The free Signal Check does not require account access, payment, customer records, or confidential documents.
Permitted information
- Your own first name, reply address, business role, decision authority, business category, region, and referral code.
- Aggregate process facts such as frequency, steps, staff time, failure counts, and measurement sources.
Do not submit
- Customer or employee names, contact information, messages, or records.
- Raw messages, screenshots, attachments, exports, contracts, or private financial records.
- Passwords, API keys, account access, payment-card or bank information.
- Regulated, medical, legal, employment, credit, tax, or other high-stakes decision content.
Referral-agent boundary
A referral agent may share the approved opt-in route. The agent does not receive your answers or assessment, cannot answer on your behalf, cannot quote a price, and cannot accept payment or terms.
Retention
Raw identifying intake and questionnaire content is deleted 30 days after the referral corridor closes. It may be deleted earlier when you withdraw. Sanitized, non-identifying outcome counts, dedupe hashes, time, cost, and channel measurements may be retained.
Control
You may stop the evaluation at any time. Price, terms, payment, account access, implementation, and continuing support are outside the free Workflow Signal Check.
